Play stroller, dolls and feeding accessories for 18 month old?

DD is just about to become a big sister and she is really into her baby Calin doll. I can't find a play stroller or feeding accessories that are age appropriate but think she would love it when her little brother comes home and she sees me nursing. Everything is for 3 yrs. plus. Any ideas?

I got DD a set of FP Little Mommies bottles(18 mos and up) and an Ikea push wagon. She uses the wagon like a stroller and she will be able use it for other thigns when the need arises.
