Playmobile first set?

I'm contemplating buying some Playmobile things for my 4 year old for Christmas. Anyone have a suggestion as to which set we should start with?

What kinds of things is he interested in? If he likes pirates, you might want to start with a pirate ship and a couple of related smaller sets. There are also viking themes, farm themes, romans, castles/knights, airports, transportation, etc, etc. You could have him look at Playmobil's website and see what most appeals to him.

We have a big variety of sets and they all get played with. So, if you want to surprise him, just pick something that you like, and I'm sure he'll love it!
