Hi,

As I'm cleaning out my 3 1/2 year old toys, I'm not sure what to do with her Little People. I'm trying to clean out some of her younger toys to encourage more "grown up" toys. We are slowly accumulating Playmobil things, which we all love, and serve many of the same purposes.

At what age do children no longer play with Little People?

Thanks so much.

DS still plays with them sometimes and he is 5. I think they are fine toys and don't think he needs more "grown up " toys (though he has plenty ;)). The LP stuff is good for imaginative play- perfect for a 3.5yo. :)

i agree. my firends kids who are 4, 5 and 6 all love her little people when they come over to play. you could always put them away for a while and pull them out on a rainy day to play.

DD is 4.5 and still plays with them. There have been mornings where I go into her room and she has a whole little town set up with all of her little people. Last week she had them in a loooong line - they were having a parade!
