I know. The article says they may announce it today, so I'm just waiting to see what we have on the list.

I just checked the Mattel sight and nothing new yet.
On a side note does anyone now how to subscribe to a topic without posting a reply. I thought I used to be able to do that?
Thanks

I was just coming here to post it!
The government really needs to start giving out huge fines to these companies! Since they really don't care about our kids health and safety, hit them where it really matters to them, $$$$$$$$$$$$$!

So there must be a paint company in china that made some large batches of lead paint and sold it to the toy companies... it seems like an issue where anyone that supplier sold to is going to be affected. At least that's how I'm thinking this is all happening.

There's a link near the top of the page to subscribe to this topic.
And dang, I am sick of these recalls (although luckily we have yet to be affected by any...yet....)

ok, I think I am glad that the Barbie and Tanner got recalled. What a gross toy. Barbie has a pooper scooper and can pick up the poop. But does the dog have poop in his mouth????? Gross!!!!! The concept for teaching kids to pick up is good but I think it stretches a little.
At least it made me laugh so I can think about it while once again we search the house and toy box!

What a pain in the neck! I STILL haven't found our James red engine or the red baggage car yet, either. And now more and more toys keep getting recalled. . . Since it's Mattel, I keep worrying that the little hot wheels cars will get recalled. I don't think they have yet, but at this rate what's next?

It looks like it was just Sarge, right? Today at Target, all the Cars die cast cars were off the shelf. I was freaking out since I LOVE them and we have several. But it appears to just be Sarge. hmmmm....
