Do they exist? DD has outgrown her baby blanket(30" x 38"). Right now, I use a regular sheet folded up in 4 for her but it's really uncomfortable (and hot) and I worry about her getting tangled up.
Do they make toddler sized blankets? Where can I get some? If not, any other solutions? I need some for winter too.
Thanks for any help,

We have some Toddler blankets (supersize) from Mr. Bobbles Blankets and the kids really love their blankets. They are 60"x44" and we have flannels ones which are very soft. We are in So Cal and even though it's hot the kids still want their blankets on them.
We use these from Company Kids. They are big enough to tuck under the end of the crib mattress:

Love them!

I almost forgot, Ikea has a couple of blankets that are on the longer side. They are pretty lightweight:

I have converted my DD's crib into a toddler bed, so i use the duvets and inserts from IKEA. We're in San Fran area and the nights get a little cold so I always put DD in long sleeve jammies and the blanket keeps her toasty. I might double the insert for winter, not sure yet. But the inserts are like $10.

I second the duvets and inserts from IKEA. You buy the pillow inserts and comforter inserts separately, and the duvet and pillowcase come together in a set. The sets I have are crib bedding, but are perfect for toddlers. DD1's crib is converted to toddler bed (looks like a daybed) and DD2's crib is still in crib form. Either way, the IKEA sets are great--the comforter and duvet cover provide more warmth than just a thin blanket.

I'll second Mr. Bobbles Blankets.

Thanks for all the suggestions - we have an IKEA near us but I didn't realize their blankets were larger. Will definitely have to get those. My poor DD - her feet keep sticking out!
I like the Mr. Bobbles blankets too - they will be my backup choice.
Thanks again - I wasn't even sure they existed so it's nice to know I have options.

I do recommend the IKEA sets, but I wanted to note that I recently bought the Mr. Bobbles toddler blankets with matching pillows for naptime at preschool. The flannel blankets are VERY thin. Like a thin sheet of flannel. So if you are looking for something extremely lightweight and very, very thin, then you might like the Mr. Bobbles blankets. Personally, I prefer the IKEA sets (quilt cover with comforter insert) for nighttime and more warmth. But Mr. Bobbles fits the bill for my girls and their preschool naptime.

Hi Karen,
Thanks for the taking the time to add the info.
I think the IKEA may work better for us too b'cos I can add the comforter insert when needed (and we will need it soon - it's already cooling down here in the NE!).
