Anyone ordered a personalized backpack from disneyshopping?

I want to get Sarah a personalized backpack, but not with her name, just her initials. Its not at all clear from the website if that is possible. This is the one I am interested in:

I didn't order a backpack, but did get personalized luggage from them. I think you can put whatever you want in the personalization field, up to 10 characters. So initials only should be no problem.
