Are the flexa directions in the boxes?

Found everything! The main bed was hard :-) Maybe not HARD - but tested our patience! I do like that it's one box (for the most part) at a timel

I think my husband found them in the ladder box, or with the bunk risers. He thought they were missing at first, too.

Thanks! We have the bed itself together, the ladder is assembled and once DS goes to sleep (doesn't look promising) then we'll tackle the last box and final pieces, basically the loft portion!

This is definitely testing our patience!
