I got Early Childhood Classics - Old Favorites With A New Twist by Hap Palmer for DS when he was about that age. He LOVES it! We have tons of others, but this is his favorite. It doesn't get too annoying until it's replayed for the trillionth time in a day. :)

We also like the Parents magazine rock versions of classic nursery rhymes, which might just be something you can get at Target.

Susie Tallman's "Classic Nursery Rhymes" (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B00006594P/ref=ord_cart_shr/002-4176020-6137637?%5Fencoding=UTF8&m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&v=glance) is fun!
