Ryan's Room bought out??

I went to a local toy store in a nearby town last week. I was looking at the Ryan's Room - Home Is Where the Heart is dollhouse. She only had one, and she stated that she didn't know if/when she would get any more. She said that the company had been bought out, and she had not received any of her orders since then.

Anyone know anything about this...

Lat Christmas, when I was filling our Home is where the Heart is dollhouse with furnitue, my local toy store told me that RR was bought out by Plan Toys. It's a lovely dollhouse - at alsmot 4, DD is just really starting to play with it.
