Besides TRU, where can you buy a rechargable ride on? Do any of them seat 2 people, namely a 5 yo and a 3yo? Are they too old for these?

I did see that FAO Schwartz has a gasoline powered one for only $8000. It goes 20 mph!

Thanks :)

I saw a 2 seater that was a Jeep at Costco, but that was this summer. I think that it is a seasonal item there. I bought a single person one at Target. I waited until it went on clearance and got it for super cheap. My almost 4 year old still loves it. HTH

Walmart has them (in the store and online) and I believe Kmart has some too. We are just shopping for one of these now. I think TRU has the best selection though, of course they are more $$ there though.

I highly recommend the John Deere Gator. I have seen them at TRU and Wal Mart.

We have the Cadillac Escalade, and it seats two.

Do you love it? That is the one we are looking to buy for our son's b-day. It was between that one and the special edition Ford one, but we are leaning toward the Escalade.

We do like it, and so do all the neighbor kids. I would have to say that DS would rather ride his razor scooter than the Escalade though. We still have used it a lot, and it has held up well over the last 2 years.

we have a Gravedigger Monster Truck one from Walmart. The kids love it but my now 6 year old basically can't fit his long legs in it comfortably anymore! If we were buying again I would opt for a Quad style one where two kids could ride (like on a motorcycle). It would still be usable now for us!

My 2 year old has the little tiny Diego Quad as does another 2 year old in the neighborhood and the kids love to ride around together! My 2 year old also loves his big brothers Monster Truck... opening and closing the doors, pushing the buttons etc.

My 6 year old saw the Razor brand quad vehicle at Sports Chalet and said he wants this one now!

Oooh one more word of advise. Do you have a garage to store it in? We don't and the monster truck has such wide beefy tires that it cannot fit through a standard front door. We had to take it over to Grandmas to store it!

Good luck making your decision!

Well, since I can't have an Escalade, I think my kids should have one! Seriously, this one seems really FUN!

I don't even know how to start comparing the many kinds of ride ons. I live in a typical older suburban neighborhood with straight blocks and regular sidewalks. Very flat. The car would be on grass or concrete driveways.
