Does anyone have the Rose Petal Cottage?

I considered getting this for DD for Christmas, shes also about to turn 4. I changed my mind after I saw it set up at Sams. It is really small. Unless your DD is really short she would have to be on her knees to play. It's not really like a regular playhouse, its meant to be left open during play, my DD didn't like this at all. She wanted it to be closed. Which is possible but it makes it really small.

Went to Target today and picked up the Target exclusive Rose Petal Cottage which includes the cottage, the stove, AND the bonus Rose Petal Dinette Set. The set is $49.99 through Saturday instead of the usual $80 price elsewhere. Target had the normal set and the Target exclusive set, so look for the Target exclusive set for the same price. BIL wants to get DD something nice for her birthday. I'm considering the Rose Petal Cottage but couldn't find any reviews. I haven't seen this IRL. I don't know if DD will be too old or too big for it. She's turning 4, age range for the toy is 3-5, but I'm hoping that it'll last beyond 5.
