What age for Pottery Barn Kids Anywhere Chair?

I was thinking about ordering my dd who is 2 1/2 one of these for Christmas but was wondering how big it is and how long she would be able to use it.

We got one for DS1 when he was about 1, he is 2 and some change now and still fits great. I expect it will still last him quite some time. It has held up really well and he loves it.

DD got one last year at 18M. She still sits in it every night to read books before bed. My DS1 is 4.5 and fits in the chair. Heck, *I* fit in the chair.

We have 2 and they are used every day (my oldest is 4 1/2), not just for reading, but they make stuff with them all the time (caves etc.). Love those chairs. FYI, we got the inserts new off e-bay and saved a fair bit that way. Good luck.
