View Full Version : Source for lead-free christmas lights?

I realize the cord will still have some lead, but I am looking for some lead-free lights. I was originally told to look for made in US, but the MIUS ones I found still have the warning label and say to wash your hands after handling the bulbs.

One of the "green" consumer groups has LED lights that are supposedly lower in lead. I think it is impossible to find truly lead free, as you said.

The bottom of this link has another link to their store, which supposedly sells some sort of LED. It might be worth a look.
