As I am putting up my tree this year, I am so bored with my current ornaments. I want to get something nice to add to our tree without breaking the bank. I could always wait until after Christmas when the ornaments are on sale, but I don't even know where to find some nice and unique ornaments. TIA

I'm a big fan of Crate & Barrel ornaments. There's a nice selection of modern to goofy to beautiful to kid-friendly, and the cost ranges, I think, are affordable. You can look online, but I like just going into the store and picking. Seriously, some of them are $2.50 a piece. I dunno, is that bad? I'm a Jew who is the one who puts up the tree every year while Catholic DH is at work, but it seems reasonable to me . . .

Check out Ikea if you have one near you. They have some cute ornaments that are more European/Scandinavian in style.

If you have a World Market near you, I would try there.

I am currently in love with many Martha Stewart ornaments at K-mart.

I like the ornaments at Pier 1 Imports. I've bought many ornaments from them in years past on sale after Xmas.
