I am not sure what the weight recuirements are and was wondering if I should be looking for a booster seat for my daughter who is getting kind of tall for her car seat. She is 2.5 yrs old, her feet can touch the seat in front of her with no problem. Thanks for your help.

how much does she weigh? if she is less than 40lbs she is the most protected by using a 5pt harness seat.
what type of seat is she in now? if she is in a convertible you can look into a combo seat which is a seat that has a 5pt harness that you use until a child reaches 40lbs then you can use it a belt postioning booster{with a lap/shoulder}
you can tell if she's too tall for her seat by -her shoulders are above the highest harness slot and/or top of her ears being level with the top of the seat shell not the fabric.

some good toddler boosters are the graco cherished cargo, the evenflo express and the century nsdx or mx. Each of these offer a 5pt harness with a front adjuster and a start weight of 20lbs.
