Our baby is due on the 19th, yeah. Nervous poppa wants info on head supports and body supports for infants in car seats. We purchased the Graco DX5 and have had it checked by trained techs to see if it is installed properly. Does the head support and/or body support products help or do they interfere with the carseat?

I liked the head support because it help keep my dd's head from lolly about, especially because most babies fall asleep in the car and their heads tend to fall to the side. It's just added support and the car seat tech that installed my car seat, said that it was safe to use. The one thing they said not to add to the car seat are those plush "things" that go over the belts so baby doesn't get "scrapped" in the face/neck with the belts. She told me that those items make the belts not sit correctly on the babies shoulders and not to use them.
