View Full Version : Infant Car seat for 1996 Saab 900 5-Door

I have a 1996 Saab 900 5-door and bought the Graco Snug-Ride infant seat, but it does not fit. I can't put the handle down because of the front seats. I am curious if anyone knows of a good infant seat that will fit.

I also have a Saab (but a 2001 9-5) and in the center position we have found that my husband cannot drive the car because the seat is too far back and causes the seat to not fit. Since I'm 4'11" and have the seat pretty far up (close to the steering wheel), we do not have a problem.

I just assumed that we were going to have a problem with all carseats in the center position of our Saab because of the size of the car. I'll have to check out that website to see what the deal is...
