I was wondering, I bought a cowmoo RA with Latch and the shoulder straps on the middle level is high and the bottom below her shoulder. Where should I put it since she is in between?

For rear facing, the straps must always be at or below your childs shoulders. They only should be above when the child faces forward. The short answer then, is to put it on the bottom setting for now.

Thanks a lot. Do you know if i have to take out the carseat to adjust the straps? We had a heck of a time getting it in there. My husband said it isn't coming out till we turn her around. I hope the straps can be adjusted easily. Maybe i should have bought the advantage.

Though it takes some work to adjust the straps while in the car, the seat doesn't need to be removed. (DH just adjusted my Marathon straps yesterday. He climbed into the front seat of the car and had access to the back of the rear-facing car seat that way). Good luck.
