FP SIV/Acura TL?

Is anyone out there using the FP SIV in an Acura TL? If so, were you able to get it secure in the middle position?

We started messing with ours this weekend and weren't having much luck. I will going for an inspection sometime in March, but in the meantime, I am looking for suggestions or at least some confirmation that it will be compatible with our car.

Have you looked here: www.carseatdata.org? There is a car seat/vehicle compatibility database there!

We used a SIV with my VW Passat and were able to get a good fit with a pool noodle, rolled towel and locking clip. Oh, and some rubber shelf liner (leather seats).
