fleece sling - what is best position?

I have a nice fleece sling that I am trouble gtting my 4 month old 20 lbs daughter into! I can't seem to get her into the comfy looking positions I see on website and advertisements...any advice?

Also, who did you buy it from? I'm sure that whoever made it would be willing to help. Mine is from Mom & Me Creations, and I use the hip carry position with Colin (now 7 months old). I have to half sling him over my shoulder to get him into the pouch, but once we're settled, he seems quite comfy (and this is a boy who hates to sit still)!

Definitely look at all the pictures you can. All pouch style slings wirk pretty much the same way. I found the instructions at these sites to be very helpful:
