Harness Adjustment on RA vs Marathon?

I was looking at some photos of the Marathon, b/c we still plan to get one, and I didn't see that wonderful button that my RA has. Is the adjustment different on the Marathon? Is it difficult, annoying, better?

There's an added sense of urgency to my decision now that I hear the adorable 'fido' is going away.

The adjustment isn't a big red button, instead it is a metal clasp that you lift. I actually find the Marathon easier to engage, although the harness on the RA tends to move a little more smoothly.
