I was searching through the archives and founded one post specifically on this topic but it was older info, just after the seat came out. So, does anyone air travel with the Marathon? We are planning on flying a lot after the January 1st? During our periods of travel, Ian will probably be rear-facing (before his first birthday) AND forward-facing. I am curious how people have dealt with handling the MA ~ both gate to gate and in the plane (does it fit??)?

TIA!! (I hope.)

A few weeks ago we flew with DS and our Marathon. It's not fun to lug it through the airport, but I was very glad we did. I figured out that if you pull the straps out as far as they go DH could wear the Marathon backpack style. Once he did that carrying it was MUCH easier.

BTW, we flew on American. One leg was a Super 80 and the other a Boeing 757. The seat fit just fine on both planes.

Just my two cents...
:) :+ :)
