Car Seat Tech needed - Is this safe - front seat of truck?

For business, I need to drive a 2000-2001? Ford f-250 to transport some merchandise. My 7 wk. old needs to go along. Can she safely ride in the front passenger seat (there is no back seat) provided the airbag is disconnected? There is a switch to turn off the airbag.

If the answer's yes, would she be better off in my convertible FPSE or my SIV FP? If no, I'll make other arrangements.

I'd say it isn't the BEST scenerio but I did it once with my DS when he was still in his infant seat! Just be sure to disconnect the airbag and as long as you get a nice tight install it should be fine! Good Luck!

I would probably use the infant seat.... your 7 wk old most likely fits most snug and secure in there!

I agree with Tondi. As long as the air bag is off for sure and you have a tight install, you should be OK.
