hi, can anyone tell me a little more about it? how safe is it? can i use it as a stroller? is it worth buying?

In theory this is a great idea. In reality, I wasn't crazy with it. I really wanted to like it though. I had a TERRIBLE time installing it in and out of my car...I even took it to a CPS and it needed a noodle, and you needed to install it without the baby to really get a tight fit...which defeats the purpose and negates the instructions which have you just fold down the wheels w/ child still in the seat and just put the whole seat in the car w/ child and strap her in. This never worked. You also have to turn it around and go backwards over bumps or curbs which is a pain and it's definitely better inside than outside. I ended up buying a cheapie convertable carseat and stroller when I was on vacation last winter because the darn thing was just such a pain. However, there are some people who swear by this thing. This was just my experience.
