3 point harness system anyone???

We recently received a travel system as a gift from a relative that took a lot of time to buy this. It's not even close to the one that we registered for but my lovely husband wants to keep it.

It bothers me though that it has a 3 point harness system instead of a 5 point. I've heard the 3 point is a pain, does anyone use a 3 point right now?

3 pt system is not a pain ...actually it is easier to use than the 5 point ... BUT it is not as safe ... I have both and I never use my 3 pt ...

The Baby Bargains book lists the 3 pt as being acceptable. It is easier to adjust (unless the 5 pt in questions has a front harness adjuster). I really don't think that the 3 pt harness is a danger for the infant seat. That said, I did use a 5 pt harness since that wa sall that was available when we went to buy our seat.
