Can I install 2 marathons next to each other in an airplane?

Will they take up too much room to fit next to each other? One will be RF and the other one FF. Will that work? The airline representitive said that one seat could be in the window seat and the other one next to the window seat. But I don't know if 2 marthons will fit next to each other. What do you all think?

I don't have two so I don't know for sure, but it seems like it should work. The base does not extend past the edge of the seat.
