Cover/pad for carseat?

I'm almost positive that I've seen these somewhere, I just can't remember where!

I'm looking for a pad/cover, something that goes over the carseat fabric, but under the child (this would be for a convertible carseat, BTW!). My DD usually only has potty accidents in the car (usually, she falls asleep on the way home, and it's about a 40 minute drive), and I'm getting kind of tired of pulling the seat apart to wash it!

Any thoughts on where to find this?
