Wooo hoooo! We left the D-ring connector (short strap that the tether attaches to) in the rental car after our vacation. Luckily, DS is old enough and just heavy enough to turn forward facing. Anyways, I finally called Britax to get a replacement part (just to have for the next baby), and they sent one out to me free of charge! I'm so stoked! Two thumbs up for Britax CS!
