Graco Comfortsport isn't tight?

After reading the Britax recall, I realized that is a problem I have with my Comfortsport (our extra carseat). One strap is much tighter than the other, and I can't get them both tight. Any ideas on what I am doing wrong, or should I call Graco? BTW, my MA doesn't do this.

Try uninstalling it, and getting REALLY familiar with the harness...check the manual, then follow the harness straps from end to end. There are two heights of loops on the back, and maybe the longer strap is in the taller loop? (It's hard to SAY that so it makes ANY sense, sorry!) or you may find it's going through one hole in the cover, and another in the seat shell.
Try contacting Graco at www.gracobaby.com (they should have an email or phone number) if you can't figure it out. I have heard of this happening a few times, but I don't remember what the answer is :(
