I just bought a Wizard (Britax) 2 weeks ago. DH installed it last week and no sooner was it installed that we realized it had been recalled. Even more annoying is when I went to fill out the registration card I realized the manufacture date is more than a year old. Is it ridiculus to be upset? I paid full price for the car seat ($269.00) and it seems to me that having a manufacture date of over a year is not right. What should I do? I haven't called the place yet as I wanted to hear what you all thought?

You can use the seat if the buckle is not loosening (see earlier threads for guidelines). BUT 1 year is old! And you did not get a bargain price. Where did you buy it from? I would consider returning it.
