Does the dye on this marathon cover run?

My husband and I are trying to decide between two colors new blues and
houndstooth.
He likes the new blue better.
My concern with the blue is that when it gets wet( ie drool,etc) the blue dye will get on my little girls clothing.
This happens sometimes with the blue nursing pillow that I have.
Has anyone had a problem with this?

What is your preference on marathon fabric?

I've never heard of the new blues "bleeding" like that...at all...so I think you'll be fine (it's like the denim of a really good pair of blue jeans, really...pretty nice stuff).
I don't think you can go wrong with any of the MA covers, except maybe Freedom, which I don't think holds up too well to washing.
If I had a baby girl, I'd go with Ashley floral or Foofy...but that's just me...used to be, I'd want a seat to match my car interior, but nowadays I crave something a lot more fun, lol. (and www.britaxusa.com sells most of their covers, sometimes there are good sales on some of them, and a nice cover can be sold on ebay for a decent price later)

I have had no problems with mine bleeding and my DS spilled something on his within the first few days of getting it and we had no problems.

I say go with the blues they are nice. We have 2 of them.
