I figure you take classes somewhere. Is there a website that I can learn about it? I have such a difficult time with my carseat and worry so much. (I"m getting a new one and having it installed professionally!) I want to feel better about it myself and help other people. So far I have not found a CPS Tech in my county but in the surrounding counties.

Thanks

www.safekids.org has the list of classes and local coordinators, and you should drop them an email or call and find out if there any classes not listed or techs not listed that should be (I'm not listed, most people I know aren't...).

But to tell you the truth, I learned so much on message boards, I didn't actually learn anything in my class :D (it was still a wicked-good time, though...a cps nerd's paradise!)

The main benefit of the class for me was the installation practice! The exam itself, I think any reader of this board could pass on the first try!
