I remember this being an issue with my first 2, but can't remember what I decided. I have a 3 mo in a snugride. When I get the straps tight enough 9no more than 2 fingers between) one shoulder invariably slips out. Which is the lesser of 2 evils?
1) Move the straps into the higher position even though they will then be above shoulder height, or
2) Don't tighten the straps as much?
