Links for info about infant car seat & limiting time in it?

Can anyone point me to an article or referece that explains why it's not good to keep an infant in a "bucket" seat for extended periods of time, such as in a stroller/snap n go? Thanks.

I tried googling "plagiocephaly" since that is one of the main problems from leaving kids in car seats too much. The best I could find was "limit baby's time in seats and swings, and carry them more"...

I knew I heard once about "no longer than 20 minutes before and after" the car trip, but can't find it....

And of course the manuals themselves warn not to put carrier on tables or counters (babies fall off them, and some poor kids have been put on hot stoves...can you imagine??? mind boggling.... not on purpose, and we all lose our minds when we have newborns, but good grief :P )

So try a google search...I suspect the best articles were the ones we have to pay for...ugh!
