Raised middle back seat, not a good place for seat?

My 2001 Toyota Corolla has a raised middle back seat. Is it OK to put a carseat there? I can get it really tight, but don't even know if I should try and put it there. Thanks

It is only good as long as you can get the seat tight- many humps do not work with car seats well, resulting in a slight or a pronounced seesaw motion. How tight can you get it there compared to the outboard position? I thought my seat was solid in the center of my Corolla and then I tried it outboard and I never looked back. I would try the outboard for comparision in your 2001. But I think the hump on the 2000 and newer Corollas is less pronounced than the one in my 98' so you may be in just as tight in the center as you would be in outboard.
