I am 100% sure this has been discussed here before, but I'm at work and don't have time to search the posts. Are there any problems with Marathons fitting into 02 Jeep Grand Cherokees that I should know about? I think I'm finally ready to pull the trigger on this purchase, but thought that I would come to the experts first.

Thanks all!

Hi Jen. I checked the compatibility database (http://www.carseatdata.org ), but didn't see a listing for the MA and a Grand Cherokee. It's unlikely that there will be a problem, but if you can try the seat before you buy it, that would be ideal. Babies R Us has a good try-before-you-buy policy. If not, be sure to hang onto the receipt and the box so you can easily return the seat if it doesn't fit both rear- and forward-facing.

Don't forget to send Toby your fit information for her compatibility database no matter what seat you buy!

We have a WZ in our 03 Grand Cherokee RF behind the passenger seat. It fits, there isn't a ton of extra room in the front seat at all, but I can sit there comfortably and I am 5ft 4in.

We couldn't have it behind the drivers seat, but behind the passenger it is fine, it would just make the driver really uncomfortable.

BTW the MA and WZ are the same size seat.
