Sit n' Stroll

I am thinking about getting one instead of just a carseat because we don't own a car. We take taxis and get rides from others. My dilemmma is when I take the taxi and then I want to walk around what do I do with the carseat. so i thought the sit n' stroll would be a good solution.

-Is it easy to install?
-Is it light to carry?
-How would it handle as a stroller?
-Are there different brands/types?
-=Where can I find this the cheapest online?
Does anybody have any other suggestions for my dilemma?

Another issue is that a lot of times I will be by myself. can i turn it into a stroller without having to take my 8 month old baby out of it? and if I need to take her out can i do the operation one handed?
