Looking for a CPS Tech in Maryland?

DH had to reinstall our MA and although the install is tight, one side of the base does not sit on the seat (it is tilted at least 1 inch off). DH can't seem to get it any better than this. The entire carseat tilts to the right noticeably -at least to me (it is also tethered to the passenger side). Right now I only take DS 3 blocks to daycare, but we are getting a second MA for DH car (no more moving the MA back and forth) and I want to have them both installed properly. Can anyone suggest a CPS Tech in Maryland? The person who installed our infant carrier-through the county--actually did it wrong and we had to have it redone, so I don't want to take our MA's to the same facility.
