I Need Second Seat Suggestions for almost 3 yr old

We need to purchase a second car/booster seat for my MIL's car. They don't have DD often so she wouldn't use the seat much but I'm not sure what to get. DD will be three the end of Nov and is about 28 lbs and 35". I'd like it to be a seat she can use for a few years, any suggestions would be appreciated.

I like the Ultra or Platinum or Cherished (but NOT Treasured) Cargo by Graco, or the Evenflo Chase/Traditions/Generations/Bolero (um, ok, any evenflo combo seat, lol). Or the Recaro Young Sport is expensive, but considerably higher quality and is a much nicer booster seat than these others (it routes the seatbelt much better and is taller and deeper, with side impact protection). The Graco and Evenflo seats aren't unsafe as boosters, but I'm just glad to be able to list a nicer choice in this seat genre :)
