So I can get the Nania Basic + LB Booster......

For $55 ~ I just stopped by Shopko and they had several Nania Basic's (big navy & white plaid) + the Uno or Polo LB Booster (same plaid pattern) on clearance for $59.99 they're from Fall '03 ~ I've only seen these seats online so it was my 1st time playing with it ~ it's OK ~ my 26.5 DD would use the Basic RF'ing. Is it a good buy ~ or is this an item that even if it was free you wouldn't take it ;)

Well, this is my third attempt at a reply... sometimes it's so hard to be objective! I've seen this seat fail miserably in a crash test, (even though it was later found to have been installed completely wrong!), and I know the straps are hard to change, but how often does THAT happen?... and the price is higher than a Cosco Scenera AND a Cosco Ambassador put together... yet I still have the urge to say, If you like it, Go for it.

The bottom of my heart is going to speak up now and say, "Just skip it, it's not that great a deal for the product you are getting"

There, it's out.. should have saved myself the pain of trying to be politically correct :)
