Which harness slots for forward facing?

I read on http://www.carseatsite.com/ that for forward facing convertible seats you can ONLY use the top harness slots. Is this true for Britax seats as well? I think a friend has FF her child but I'm pretty sure he isn't in the top slots of his Marathon.

Nah, Britaxes are all reinforced :). It's kind of an older rule, because convertibles only had reinforced top slots. Now, though Cosco Alpha Omegas have all reinforced slots, and Graco Comfortsports, and Evenflo Triumphs have the top two slots.. seems too much of this was happening http://www.carseat.org/Technical/brokencs.htm
