After an hour trying out the Marathon, Decathlon and Boulevard at BRU this morning, we finally decided on the DC.

DS1 was so patient and each time we put him in a seat on their test bench he would say "Go car?" :-) Surprisingly to me, the BV was the only one he complained about. We gave him a toy from the shelf to play with and in the MA and DC he sat there happy as a clam, but the BV he started squirming and crying as soon as the straps were buckled. It seemed like the head rest pushed his head forward more than the other two, so he was uncomfortable. Also the height adjustment on the BV felt cheap/plasticky (is that a word?) and not at all like I would expect from Britax. It could just be that it was a floor model, but that along with the reaction from DS and the really ugly fabric choices - the BV is not for us.

DS2, OTOH, looked so snuggly in the DC, he cried when we put him back in the SnugRide. Looks like this will be his seat until DS1 outgrows the RA. :-)

With the Britax price fixing, deals are few - ended up ordering from Baby Universe to get the 4% back through Upromise.
