Honda tether anchors - Jools?

Does Honda have any kind of program to install the outboard tether anchors in the third row? I called the dealer and it was $28 for the parts (two anchors, two covers) which I could install myself, but I wondered if there was some super-secret program like GM and Ford have :-)

This is for a 2002 Odyssey, BTW.

Nope, nothing exciting from Honda...maybe you could sweet talk the technician, though :D.
