The picture is what caught my eye. Is it supposed to be the example of a carseat being used incorreclty?

They definitely don't know they stole a picture of a NON-US seat!!! What the heck IS that thing? Puzzle buckle, adjuster on the strap, no chest clip, belly pad (falling off belly), straps above shoulders...
I never took a journalism class, but is it crazy to assume we should check our sources and facts before we publish?

I figured it must be a non-US seat or else something very old.

I think I'll send them a nice e-mail pointing these things out.

This magazine was one of the free ones at BRU, so I'm sure lots of parents look at it.
