Marathon ????

I am in Canada and need to buy 2 new carseats for my 19 month old ( 24 lbs ) and 3 year old (31 lbs ) My only concern with the marathon is the space between the seat and the crotch strap. It seems really small. Any problems with this or does it work fine for everyone ? Thanks

Some heavier, older boys complain a little, but it's not usually a big deal (I'm going on posts of hundreds or thousands of folks I have read, anyway :D). My 6 yo girl never, ever complained.
