Gogo Kidz?

Has anybody seen this? Can the baby/child ride in the carseat while this thing is being used, i.e. the car seat is being wheeled?

I do not have one as I do not have a Brittax but I have spoken to the company. They child can ride in the carseat as long as you do not exceed the weight limit of the seat. They told me they would be making a universal one that would fit other carseats
