traveling with lots of gear

I'm planning a flight and will be wearing my baby in a backpack. I'm also planning on taking his stroller (fairly large one--mountain buggy) and a car seat. Do you think this will be a problem when we board? Is this too much gear?What's been your experience. Please and thanks!

Technically, you should be fine. Just allow lots of time, especially to get through security, and ignore the impatient people when you are boarding. I'm not sure how old your baby is, but can you leave the backpack behind (or check it with baggage)? You could put him in the stroller and carry the car seat on your back instead.
