Safer RF without Tether or FF with tether?

I think i know the answer to my own question, RF without tether i just want to confirm. I had to take Avi's seat out of my car and i will be putting it back in tomorrow and i want to confirm what i think. I know know where the FF tether hook is in my car(thanks for all that help) But i can not find a place for the RF tether behind the passenger seat. I would put him behind the drivers seat but i like having him next to the electric door and being able to reach back and touch him and see him(while stopped of course)

Yupyup, MUCH Safer RF without tether than FF with :)
