which inexpensive carseat is easiest to install?

Our daughter is about to outgrow her Graco Sungride infant seat and we're planning to get 2 new carseats. I'll probably spring for the Britax MA or Roundabout for my car, but the 2nd one will be shared by my husband and parents.

What's your favorite inexpensive, lightweight carseat that's easy to install?

From past posts here, I'd say it's the 9 lb Cosco Scenera (5 pt harness, NOT overhead shield), available at KMart, WalMart and Target for $40-$50. I have one as a second seat and it's nice!

We also have the Cosco Touriva (earlier version of Scenara) which we use in DH's car and for travel (it is super lightweight). Also got another one for Grandma's car, it was inexpensive enough!

I have never had trouble installing it either with belts or LATCH. I can do it in only a minute or two.
