Husky ff top tether

My sister is trying to install a Husky in middle of 2nd row bench. Do you know where the tether locations are in 99 Dodge Caravan and can I get the part numbers so she could call dealer for purchase? Thanks!!

Edited to ask: Do you *need* to top tether a ff Husky for a child under 50 lbs? Is it safe not to?

The info that I have says that for the second row, they can install a tether in the outboard position. Part number 04864118AB. The third row part numbers are 05018506AA, both center and outboard positions.

There'a also a note intdicating that Chrysler will install anchors free of charge in some models (not clear which ones). Refer to Technical Service Bulletin 23-08-00 Rev. A.

I have a Caravan that's a couple years older than your sister's. Mine has 2 chairs in the second row, not a bench. If this is any help, I tethered to the base of the front seat's seatbelt. Probably would only work well with a carseat outboard.

That's only for rearfacing Britaxes, though.. the Husky is ff only and there are no top tethers already in that van :)
